HELP BY EMAIL?
Some issues can be resolved via email & we provide an email service which you can use to request assistance; each case is of course different but some examples are, help with aspects of Word Documents, Menu finding, advice for antivirus software, etc., contact can be made via our Contact Form or direct via email.
DO YOU VISIT?
We can of course arrange a visit to assist, sometimes issues are more complex, require more than a series of steps to explain things in detail, or simply some people prefer a visual explanation - technology often requires a visual demonstration! Get in touch & we can see what will work best for you.
